We stay at 4* Stormont Hotel in Belfast with 2 overnight stays. Enjoy a guided bus tour through Belfast's four quarters and visit the Titanic Belfast Museum. We visit the Queen's official Northern Ireland residence Hillsborough Castle and take a tour of the Irish Linen Centre and Lisburn Museum. We complete the holiday with a visit to the awe inspiring Giants Causeway.

We make a leisurely journey to our overnight stop in North Wales at the 3* Celtic Royal Hotel, Caernarfon.

Tue 30 August

Following an early start we make the short journey to Holyhead for the morning sailing to Dublin, with breakfast provided on the ferry. Our journey takes us up Ireland's eastcoast with a stop on route before arriving at the 4* Stormont Hotel, Belfast.

Wed 31 August

After breakfast we enjoy a guided bus tour through the city’s four ‘quarters’, taking in the many highlights including City Hall, Queens University, the Opera House and the Botanic Gardens. This afternoon we visit the Titanic Belfast Museum where we explore the shipyard, walk the decks, travel to the depths of the ocean and uncover the true legend of The Titanic in the city where it all began.

Thu 1 September

There’s a treat in store today with a rare visit to the Queen’s official residence in Northern Ireland, Hillsborough Castle. After a guided tour of this elegant mansion and gardens including the majestic throne room, morning tea will be served in one of the staterooms. Explore Hillsborough town itself with its Georgian architecture and visitor centre with an original courtroom exhibit. We finish the day with a tour of Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum.

Fri 2 September

After breakfast we drive north through the Irish countryside, arriving at the Giant’s Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its unique volcanic stone pillars and shrouded in folklore and fairy tales. Flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean and a landscape of dramatic cliffs, for centuries the Giant’s Causeway has inspired artists, stirred scientific debate and captured the imagination of all who see it.

Sat 3 September

After a leisurely breakfast we board the coach and head back down the coast with free time in Dublin before a final overnight stay at the 4* Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan.

Sun 4 September

Following an early start we travel to Dublin for your morning return sailing to Holyhead with breakfast provided on the ferry, returning you home in the early evening.
