St Paul's Cathedral - Including Guided Tour

St Paul's Cathedral, with its world-famous dome, is an iconic feature of the London skyline.

The Cathedral has survived fires, wars and struggles for power since its establishment in 604, and visitors are encouraged to explore the history beyond its awe-inspiring interior.

Their new exhibition, A Dangerous Calling: 500 Years of William Tyndale’s New Testament, will open from 5th June 2026 until February 2027, telling the extraordinary story of one of the smallest yet most dangerous books in English history 500-years on from its publication. Discover how this once forbidden text gave ordinary people 'from princes to ploughboys' the chance to read the word of God for themselves. Learn how Tyndale risked everything to make that possible, and how within 15 years, a book that was burned outside these very walls became one of the most sought-after in England.

St Paul's has a long tradition of honouring and welcoming champions of equality and social justice - from prison reformer John Howard, who was the first "civilian" to be given a statue on the Cathedral floor, to Martin Luther King, who preached a sermon to thousands of worshppers in 1964. Take Time to explore the less visisble aspects of Cathedral history represented in their collections.
